Quebec		I already posted this in the previous thread on the same subject but I was a bit late to the party. Being as though this is the market talk: could one start a business buying potential tariffs refunds for pennies on the dollar in the hope that government may pay them back? Kinda like reverse debt collection.

Just a suggestion from an outsider looking in.
