Just examined a reader's opinion at Walmart for Spring Valley Berberine Dietary Supplement:

"I struggle with low blood sugar,. I always felt like I had to eat every few hours so I wouldn't get shaky and feel panicky, and even that didn't always work."

Low blood sugar....and Berberine increases glucose level....Really? Maybe he should have tried some Oreo Cookies:-)

I suspect he was eating/drinking too much sugar.

Glucose spikes - are sharp, temporary increases in blood sugar, usually peaking about 75 minutes after eating high-carb or sugary foods, often followed by a crash. They cause fatigue, hunger, and brain fog, and chronic spikes increase risks for insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease.
