I looked into this electricity cost structure and economics recently and was surprised at what I found. Fed tax credits for wind and solar are going away this year. .
That’s only partially true.
The deadline for a new build to qualify is the end of the year. The tax credits continue on past the end of the year.
Next time a D occupies the White House wind and solar will be back to preferential tax treatment. Probably doubled up.
