USB thumb drives are pretty cheap, USE 2, as others have stated having a pro see if they can find your data is going to be expensive.
The other route you can consider (if your internet connection is fast enough) is to store your pics on Google Drive, or One Drive. You will need a decent speed internet to upload your pics or data.
