Pittsburg, Kansas		Sounds like a perfectly sound way of looking at it.

If a person is generally healthy and eats a diet appropriate for humans, that is pretty much all they need.

Unfortunately for me, I'm not completely healthy, and likely never will be. So I try things.

Gotta find something to occupy my mind.
