I am in Iowa. My mother is 96 years old and maybe that many pounds , but she has gone to our local clinic for years to have her toenails clipped. I think she said a nurse does it and Medicare pays for it I believe. I know she has said other older people from our small town are there because she sees them there with appointments before or after her.
