Well if it was me I would get a set of horn burners from Valley Vet. Heat them up in branding pot. Brand and work calves, and do horns. If you can a calf brand with a hot iron, you can burn horns. Quick and easy, and will give a nice appearance on cattle. Then next thing is to get a polled bull. LOL
