Placebo reactor - is an individual who experiences a genuine, positive therapeutic response (such as pain relief or symptom improvement) after receiving an inert, pharmacologically inactive substance or sham treatment, driven by expectation or conditioning.

I suspect the supplement industry welcomes them....and feeds them pseudo information.

Berberine - Only way to evaluate is via A1c/fasting glucose evaluation.

Oreo Cookies - Point is each human's genetics can affect an outcome, and in some cases, only a few people can have a positive outcome.

Medical understandings are still limited, but snake oil is still snake oil. Many supplements out there, and sure, this one might work for people with specific genetic "traits" but supplement dealers haven't nailed down who.
