Since you obviously didn't, or are too dumb to comprehend what you read through way too quickly, I'll go ahead and quote it here so you can read it again and maybe comprehend what it means this time. I'll even highlight the part you need to pay attention to.
"Being right in the middle of that event............(actually we were on the northern edge)...........what really happened was that the wind didn't blow. They blame it on "icing".............but that wasn't it. Anytime this area gets well below zero...........the wind just quits blowing. If it had been blowing it would have warmed up.
There was too much reliance on the built up part of the wind grid. I'd been warning about it long before, during, and after."
