NW MO and Eastern Nebr | I've taken it daily for 5-7 days in a row, but recently read where it's recommended 1x a month for maintenance purposes.
There's a lot of 'suggestions' out there for dosage. There is even a protocol on Facebook on the Dirtroad Discussion Group.
Don't take what I do, or read, as advice. I am not suggesting you follow anything I've posted.
