I look at supplements as "first do no harm". If I determine they are safe I might try them if there is evidence they might help me in some way. I figure 9 out of 10 probably do nothing for me. But if one helps, then I am a winner.
40 years ago when money was tight wouldn't have considered wasting money. Today, meh, so my kids inherit a few thousand less than they might have. They will probably get enough to ruin them anyway, Even if I buy a few supplements. | |
