Hooker Twp,Ne | I’d say 50 yr old son is executor. Now is spouse 50 yr olds birth mother? 50 yr old should be mature enough to do estate/ trust as long as there is some help with attorney. Grandchild is executor only if 50yr olds son can’t or doesn’t want to. Now if both refuse to be executor then court decides. At that point spouse could ask to be. However she would have to follow the wording of the will. | |
