Southeast Colorado | Being right in the middle of that event............(actually we were on the northern edge)...........what really happened was that the wind didn't blow. They blame it on "icing".............but that wasn't it. Anytime this area gets well below zero...........the wind just quits blowing. If it had been blowing it would have warmed up.
There was too much reliance on the built up part of the wind grid. I'd been warning about it long before, during, and after. | |
