So the will is set up in 2 trust. 1 for child, 1 for grandchild or for his 2 children? Im also assuming spouse is not the mother. Also, is the lawyer that the spouse has the same lawyer the made the will? Sounds to me like spouse is left out and trying to get a pay day.
