I would put dry corn (under 20%)in the structure. Add water as you feed. Add moisture cables and have good air capacity. It'll give you a lot more options and you won't have to worry about airtight issues. Keep in mind if the outside of the harvest store is not sealed it will still leak and potential spoilage if you have rain during storage or even condensation. Last in and first out and most people don't have an issue.
