Wisconsin
Water will go to the bottom, but not all of it will separate. There are options for drying the oil out, centrifuge ($xx,xxx), vacuum dehydration ($x,xxx), water absorbing filters ($xxx) or bubbling warm air through the oil ($xx). A junk fridge compressor with a 3/16" metal tube to the bottom of the oil, and a rubber or plastic hose around the metal for the exhaust, sloped down from the exit to drain condensed water away. After working the tractor, turn on the compressor for a few hours. Might want to flush the compressor with hydraulic oil so the blowby doesn't get refrigerant oil in the tractor.
