Price is probably slightly higher then most fiber with completive speeds but should out perform cellular options.
YMMV....it depends upon an user's needs, and what their local cell tower can deliver.
For a number of years I have used an outback cell tower via grandfathered unlimited data plan. Only when the RVers/Campers come during summer holidays to a nearby lake, it sucks. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
Video is capped at some 4mbps, and latency is not good for FPS games when compared to fiber's latency, but for those who don't need excessive bandwidth, or 4k video, a cellular option may be fine.
