chortitz, manitoba | I think the key is to get them involved financially early as possible. Like when their still in school. 4h cows, sweet corn patch, maybe a few acres of crop. If parents want to be 100% in control until a week before their funeral, well kids will be long gone by them. Maybe even retired from whatever career patch they took. Just treat kids like an employee, that is what they'll do, move away, get a job that pays more plus evenings and weekends off that pays better. | |
