Southeast Colorado | It does make you wonder though...........if an operator is let go on unfavorable terms, I'd bet if they didn't want to give up the money you surely couldn't sue them for it. Even if you had a paper contract. If you were trying to enforce an agreement illegal by FSA's standards.........it'd have no merit I'd think.
