I'll agree with that. But I also think that a real man should take the necessary step to secure his own, or his own family's future. Working for Dad for multiple decades could certainly turn out to be a faulty move. It may be all he's capable of...........but still faulty, or not. Who's to really know the inner working of family deals?? I'd just be an advocate of being smart enough to take your own initiative. But my parents were really good at teaching that. I realize that not everyone has that.
My parents were as well but I’ve seen parents hold their children back not allowing them to build anything on their own even going as far as holding the farm over their heads to ensure it. |
