south central IL | If you have it written in the contract about who gets the government payments then it should be black and white who gets what. If not since the lease is terminated and I assume the guy purchasing it isn’t the one who was renting it this could get a little murky. Have you already settled up on the final payment for 2025 flex rent? Was it a high rent bid situation? Did it end on good terms? There are lots of questions to be answered. | |
