Looks like Govt Dept's are the same all over.
Forgotten what Aussy Govt Dep,, but they would not let wife and I [both requird to be registered!] use the same email, most stuff is done on our Telstra 'bigpond', but we cold not both use our @bigpond,com address. Crazy!
So we had to organise a "Gmail" address.
Now we have to make sure we check it every few days!
