Southeast Colorado | When it comes to who FSA is sending the payment to though it has everything to do with how the form is filled out with them. If the operator has been getting 100% of the payments already..........he's going to get 100% of this one. Now what happens after the fact is anyone's guess. But in theory (and by law)............the landlord can't request any part of the payments. | |
