Probably need more detail on your flex lease. Based off crop insurance price? Does it include a revenue trigger? If so I’d lower the revenue trigger by an agreed on percentage of the bridge payment. Millions of different ways to do a flex lease so not sure anyone can answer your question without more detail as to what you and tenant agreed on.
