Yes we have been using Berberine for a few years.

I can't say that it does anything, but how does a person measure? I keep getting a year older too and I don't know how that happens either. Can't see that my A1c is any better or fasting glucose.

One place I saw that a bunch of different supplements were tested and a bunch had little to no Berberine in their content. At least according to that independent testing. But who knows if they knew what they were doing or how testing.

The brand we been using was not one of the ones tested.

Who knows????

As far as I can tell it hasn't hurt me.

I can say it doesn't give me the squirts like metformin will.
