Central Mo | Had one dig under the foundation and into the crawl space. Bet hes been there a year. They pulled off a flexible duct and I found their hole when I fixed that. I filled in the hoke not realizing that was his way in and out. The little bugger ate a hole thru the sill plate and boxing to get out. Couldnt catch him in a box trap and never knew if he was under the house or not so I put a conibear trap at the hole. He was under the house sleeping for 2 weeks and caught him when he came out. 1am and we could smell SKUNK bad! Ended up having two of em under there, caught the second one in a foot trap 5 days later.
Fyi, takes about two weeks for the smell to go away! Luckily it was warm and we coukd open the house.
From now on any skunk I see will not walk away. | |
