North Dakota, USA | We had one in my area that made the was told to change their ways regarding boxes in the isles or they would be shut down. I don't remember for sure but I think they were actually shut down for a few days. They had blocked exit doors and isles so narrow they were not handicapped accessible. If think that store ended up with a new manager and most of the staff. I guess corporate was not happy.
Another one in the area had similar problem but they closed for part of the day to have the staff stock shelves. I don't know how often they did that, I just remember pulling up to it and it was closed with a sign on the door saying why.
