King City, Mo
How much of a premium are you trying to get?

We use Barnard processing and they wrap it in white paper or for extra you can have it vacuum packed. Hamburger sells the most here. $8# or $75 for 10# and my base is happy with white wrapped beef. I take pics of it in my frying pan to use for marketing. That works for us.

You put your own stickers on once you pick it up.

Also you’ll need to:

- quarterly sales tax with state of mo.

-Be site inspected by prob Matt gill with the mo dept of ag - very easy part here.

-Add a rider on your farm policy for retail commerce. If they trip and fall for retail stop its different then a friend ect falling and getting hurt.

-If you deliver any orders you need commercial ins on the vehicles as it’s a processed good now and they can deny the claim for some bs to get higher premiums.
