Just outside downtown Prairie Hill | My son is beginning to market our beef and is looking for a USDA inspected locker plant as close as he can find one. One catch is they also need to be able to present a really nice package using his logo. He has found one at Clinton that does a super job...they are 3 hours away. Closest one...Macon...does ok as long as it is what they want to do...not very helpful with package appearence and labeling. We are near Salisbury, Mo. Haven't found a way of locating these inspected plants...is there a list somewhere? Thanks
