coast of Maine | Tommy,the only problem with towing here in the East is it is an often corrupt business.The tow calls are usually initiated by the PD.The call goes to the company they prefer.In Massachusetts the State Police were caught in the scam.Towing big trucks for over hours.Then demanding you stay over the 10 hours in a local motel.They got a rake off from Motel,the 'favorite"tow company as well.I know,one of my drivers was scammed.This was 100's of thousands of dollars per officer in that zone. | |
