My mom was under 5foot nothin', and after a broken hip and a lot of birthdays, her favorite 'daily rider' was the 2007 Lincoln MKZ that she'd had for a few years prior. For long rides, she got along well with our Silverado 1500, but she was in the back seat and had an oh-poop handle and running boards to help boost herself up. Even with that, it took somebody on the ground to help her in. And out. But that little Lincoln worked really well for her Dr's appts etc.
