I’ve harped on it a lot—-short pair of bolt cutters in every truck——cows will blow right past an open gate to jam up in fence corner. Can cut every wire while You’re dicking around to cut one with fencing pliers.
Our F.D. was pondering my suggestion——after chopping wires off corner post with Pulaski I bought an armload——
