John,check the label on the 1/2 n 1/2 .You might want to use real heavy cream(not whipping) blended with whole milk.You can avoid the chemicals added and the carrageenan.I hav e no axe on the carrageenan but some do.I actually spread the bi product on fields as a lime agent up here.
