SE Wisconsin | Has anyone used sprayed concrete to repair a fieldstone wall on your barn or home? any thoughts on it? I have heard good that it does what its supposed to, but also heard it can trap moisture and that can excelrate the wall coming apart.
My old dairy barn needs some exterior stone work. its cracking a little and some stones are popping out. The previous owner had them mortared back in place, but I think they are starting to fail again. Hoping shotcrete tied in with Rebar to the wall would help keep it together for a longer time.
