Eastern Washington | Long time ago, ours was part of the egg washer. It was called an egg candler (spelling may be wrong). You placed the eggs on a slight incline, eggs rolled over a slot with a light (so you could see in the egg, to make sure it was ok inside), then it had a plastic conveyer chain, brushes, spray jets, then at the end, it had scales, that the egg would roll across, and it would sort them into the different categories. If I was doing 1000’s of eggs and hour, I’d look for that machine again. | |
