Subject: RE: Ticks and Permethrin Treated Cloths

Saginaw Bay Area - Michigan
Highly recommend it. We do a lot of forest trail maintenance, where we have to trim brush and are interacting with brush/weeds/trees and ticks are very prevalent in the area. Walk 30' through knee-high grass and get 2 on you, turn around, walk same path and pick up three more.

Treating pants and overshirts, gloves, hats and boots with the stuff make a huge difference. Spray them until wetted, let dry before wearing. We'd go from half a dozen "on" you at the end of the day to zero. Other guys working same spots but not use permethrin, just use Off or some reasonable bug spray and they would have several on them at the end of the day.
