Do you honestly believe there is enough grass fed beef to supply that type of an outlet? I have never shopped at a Whole Foods and have never asked their clientele what they prefer but I could imagine that a taste test of grass fed versus grain fed would be pretty one sided but go ahead with the idea that grass fed is the purest form of beef available to the highest end consumers.


If true grass fed wasn’t competing for the same spot maybe there would be.

I prefer grain finished myself but if the market exists to do grass finishing at a higher margin who I to tell the consumer to not pay for it.
