| It isn't always bad,it is just the constant turnover of employee makes it easy to pass the blame,,when they tell you the part is at a store 75 miles away and they have a courier headed this way with it then tell you it is back ordered but will be here first thing in the morning but it isn't and it is always somebody elses fault at a different store.
One chain of 10-15 stores is owned by a guy in Oklahoma,,,,,have no idea who runs the Iowa division let alone each store.
Just before I retired from the factory I needed a simple part,,,I walked by a tub of parts that were 90% the same every day,,,wouldn't have taken 5 minutes to find an old lathes and cut a new groove for a snap ring if I knew it was going to take 3 days to get it.
