West Central Illinois
White oak pastures in south GA used to be a big supplier for whole foods, they have their own slaughter facilities and I think hes got some cooperative grazers finishing grassfed beef for him too I think around 7,000 hd per year. I read his book last year and while there were things I disagreed with he's a real go getter kind of guy and I can respect that.

There's more of it out there than a guy thinks, US Wellness meats over in Canton MO turns through a heck of a lot of grassfed beefs per year that they graze out on pasture and cover crops as well. I used to think the same thing but if there's a market for it and promotes eating beef I dont see what's wrong with it.
