I'm going to say I don't care what they advertise it as. As long as it promotes the sale of beef. Increased demand leads to higher prices. The average consumer is totally stupid when it comes to the food they buy in the grocery.

I had a girlfriend when I was 18 that was convinced milk was "manufactured" at the grocery. The first time I brought her to the farm I tried to get her to drink some raw milk from the tank. She refused to drink "cow" milk saying she only drinks store made milk.

I've never even seen a "whole foods" store. I can picture it as a place for the dumbest of the dumb to shop.
