S-C Manitoba, Canada | The new holland local dealer has opened their store at 1am for me before. I had called and asked them to set the parts outside, and I would come get them after we parked combines. Get there after an hour drive, no parts, I was pissed and after a few weeks of harvest sleep deprivation and I wasn't going home empty handed so I called the after hours line. Turns out someone had sent their wife to grab parts and just took the whole pile without reading names. After some sleep I was pretty impressed they would still come out then, and they weren't so happy with that guys wife lol.
Mazergroup has been very good parts supply, in the 10 years I've been custom harvesting here I've never been down more then half a day. Not all perfect experiences but at the end of the day what they do what needs to be done, and seem to have less staff turnover then the rest of the brands around here | |
