Fire the older knowledgeable employees and rehire newbies at lower pay scale. Pretty common in practice with Rocky Mountain, Cervus and Brandt in AB and SK. Believe it or not, farmers actually followed mechanics. Lots of independent shops up and running in rural Manitoba
Interesting talk with young farmer on suppliers.
