"The old guard". I had a guy coming to do an appraisal yesterday at 1 pm. He had done several other appraisals for me, and I knew he would show up 10-15 minutes early, and he did. He was talking about retirement and my mother in law that retired from the bank. He said he was about the last of the old guard.
