Did you use the numbers at the top of your letters to type? or did you use the numbers pad? Reading other replies, it seems some presume you are using the number pad. You should verify which you are using... And I think some computers don't have a number pad, so that may confuse those who don't have this feature on their computer. Just saying... Do you have an access to another desktop computer or laptop computer? If so, can you try to log on from a different computer? That might help determine the source of the issue... just a thought. |
