Agent Orange: Friendly fire that keeps on burning.

The VT fuses, Proximity fuses, or as Patton called them Funny fuses were not allowed to be used over land until a few days into the battle of the bulge. Their secrecy of their existence was as closely guarded as the Manhattan Project and Enigma. 
I wouldn't want to be in the area of a 240 MM air-burst or even a 105 MM, for that matter.
