95 miles NW of Quitaque, TX | My last job I worked with Fedex and UPS. Fedex was the worst about stuff. I would talk to customers that used Fedex every week with problems. UPS was more a once a month or so problem.
The customers printed out a pdf of the shipping label. This was their problem not mine. I had customers call me just to vent and boy do I have stories.
