| There was a time when the owner was the general manager and would get you parts himself on weekends or stay open a few minutes late if he knew you were on your way to pick up parts just to make sure you had everything you need. Now the store locks it doors one second after the posted time and the guys that were in parts and service in the spring are working 50 miles away because they fired all the old employees when they bought that location.
There was a service manager that gave me poor service at a large dealership,,,he got demoted but not fired,and sent to the other dealership I did business with,,when every dealer in a 100 mile strip has the same name it is tough to get a straight answer to when something will get done. | |
