Subject: CIH or New Holland tractor seat replacement

We have a T8040 New Holland that has a lot of broken pieces (hard to tell where they even came from) and worn out pieces in the suspension under the seat.      I assume that same vintage Magnums (Tier 3) would have used the same seats.

Has anyone used an aftermarket seat that they are happy with?     Both in how it moves/rides and did it fit without modifications (specifically the armrest)?

Our seat itself is fine, if I could just buy a new suspension assembly for it for a price that seemed reasonable that is what I would do but the suspension assembly from CNH is over $3000 by itself.      Looking online it looks like complete aftermarket seats start around $1500 and go up.

Not sure what to do but something needs to be done.   Its pretty miserable to ride in the way that seat currently is.
