The only real interaction I've had with Tesla was to have a windshield replaced. Took two trips but finally got it done. Until someone starts using translucent aluminum, we are going to deal with glass breakage. It is nice not having to take car to a shop for periodic maintenance or use gas stations for normal driving situations.
