| Depends what you're doing and how many people are doing it on that line. Since you didn't specify I'm guessing the bottom tier is fine. If you have 5+ people in the house that all use devices independently or someone that has a demanding work from home job go up to the 100mbps plan.
You can always call and upgrade the package if someone isn't satisfied. 1gig is a waste on pretty much everybody.
